The proposal for the new residential complex bases its foundational principle on the urban context and landscape. The compositional process of the project is defined by a morphological reading of the urban fabric and environment, understood as the sum of the factors that contribute to the perception of the project site. The building’s relationship with the environment is enhanced through the volumetric layout of the building, optimizing the solar exposure of the residential units through a volumetric deformation given the orientation of the site. At an architectural scale, the project adopts a series of devices that implement continuity between the green space and architecture (green roof terraces, loggias, physical and visual permeability at the ground floor): a porous architecture infiltrated by the landscape, becoming an integral part of the lives of the inhabitants.
