The project seeks a strong integration between city and park, between architecture and landscape, so that the quality of living, the sense of belonging and the identity of the intervention are generated from the synthesis of artificial and natural elements, towards an innovative development model sustainable urban. The view towards the park becomes the field of action where the interaction of the project with the landscape and the environment is generated, both at the scale of the master plan through the arrangement and orientation of the buildings that overlook and all enjoy free views of the park , both at the scale of the individual building thanks to the continuous loggias and the extension of the ground floor towards the park through the gardens. The proposed configuration finds its settlement principle in the architectural alignments of the PII: the west residences aligned on the Park define its perspective telescope, while those to the east configure enslaved areas for public use designed to play an integration role between residential settlements and public space. The permeability in the east-west direction of the green gates is enhanced by new crossings that increase the porosity of the neighborhood as a function of the Park, generating common spaces in relation to the new forms of living, working and moving, promoting new forms of socialization and sharing among the inhabitants. The design of open spaces and greenery is based on the maximum integration between public and private spaces. The privacy of private gardens is guaranteed by condominium green areas that regulate their relationship with the paths of public use in the land areas. Small differences in height define the pertinent respect limit with respect to areas for public use, equipped and configured to generate attractive elements for socialization.
