The origin of the project spatial organization comes from the agricultural pattern of the Magadino plan, declaring its will to belong to the region and its territorial structure. The simplicity of the approach allows to define the scale of the intervention through the decomposition of the large volumetry required in separate and recognizable buildings, achievable for later stages. A continuous colonnade in concrete is the architectural element chosen to give unitarity to the system and give a public image to the intervention. The porch is a simple peristyle opening on an inner court in the case of outdoor pools or sports grounds, or an architectural device placed on the perimeter of buildings in the case of indoor swimming pools, Gym or residences. The three distinct blocks of the new complex have a wooden cover resting on reinforced concrete pillars.
